Winning through Intuition…
It can be hard to navigate through challenging terrain in life, this is why intuition is so very valuable, it is also why it is so important to be careful to only listen to a psychic or intuitive who will lead you in a direction that will help you!
Customer service makes all the difference in the world. It is the ONE thing that sets a good product or service apart from the bad. Recent events with a Real Estate system gone wild and totally immoral prove this, and now we are all paying the price for it. Is it just bad customer service? Pretty clearly the home loan industry didn’t care about people, and went to any lengths to increase their profits over this past decade. This amounts to REALLY BAD customer service. It’s a lot like the parasite disabling the host to death and the complaining that the host isn’t providing it enough nourishment!
My own personal worst experience with customer service involved a Compaq computer, Microsoft and Best Buy (it’s no accident that Best Buy is gone, gone, gone). I was so happy when I brought the brand new computer home and installed it on my desk. Like everyone else who uses technology for business I put all of my important documents on it, saved all my customer and personal contact information on it and basically proceeded to use for mental storage.
What a mistake.
Over the course of the next 20 weeks that computer broke down over a dozen times! And every time I took it in to those guys at Best Buy I got ignored, treated badly and put through endless red tape by slow moving customer service reps. Nobody cared. And I was out of business endlessly while they ‘fixed’ the problem(s). Allegedly. Not really.
But they refused to let me return the heap. Nope, they preferred to prolong the pain, rather than give me a machine that just did what it should!
Once I figured out that Lemon laws protect customers from things like this. I collected the evidence I needed and got my refund from small claims. Then I turned around and bought a Mac!
The judge ruled in my favor and added on unrequested extra for all the software that I lost on the computer. He really understood my pain.
After that I went out and bought an Apple. I am such a loyal Mac enthusiast now that it would take a very high price tag to lure me away again. I hated dealing with my PC crisis THAT much. Of course, the experience had a good side – I discovered that I love the Apple. Talk about GREAT customer service. As bad as my Best Buy/PC problem was = just how good my experience with Mac was. I am now a convert and loyal fan. I should be getting paid commission for raving about them like this, but I’m not, I just love Mac. The system is so very worth the higher price tag that I wouldn’t even THINK of leaving it. I know that the machine will last me at least 5 times as long – and since I am a practical (and essentially cheap) person, that looks like a bargain to me. Especially when you factor in the FRUSTRATION of my past experience. No, I never want to do that again. It’s Mac all the way for me.
There are a few other companies that I’ve had horrible experiences with, and wouldn’t ever go back to again, like BofA, some Internet Marketers and about a dozen Guru’s. Oh, and Hollywood. In Hollywood, you either have to enjoy being stabbed in the back by friends, ripped off, ignored, insulted and slandered, or just get out. But that should be obvious. It’s not a good idea to be deep in a shallow pond. Kind of like beaching a whale. In this story, the whale is me – or at least that’s what they kept telling me. No, they do not like size 6 girls in Hollywood. Size 6 is obese.
The same is true in the world of business, yes there are sharks out there, just as there are in personal experience as well. The key lies in finding the right path through and then taking the necessary actions
